Worship Schedule

We celebrate Holy Communion in-person each Sunday at 8:45am and 11:00am. We also worship virtually with our weekly service posted online around noon. We affirm our Lord’s presence in, with and under each element of the Sacrament. All baptized Christians are welcome at the Lord’s table.

Advent | Christmas | Epiphany

During Advent we worship at our regular Sunday morning times, but also gather to worship on Wednesdays at noon for Advent Midweek Worship. Each year we also gather on a Sunday Evening for Lessons and Carols with the Santa Lucia Story.

We gather for Christmas Eve Worship

Epiphany is a day to recall this marvelous and mysterious account of the magi. At Prince of Peace we mark this day with seasonal songs, readings that capture the whole experience of our Lord’s earthly parents, and music that stirs our hearts to praise

Lent | Holy Week | Easter

We begin our Lenten journey with Ash Wednesday Worship. Throughout the rest of Lent we gather for worship on Wednesdays at noon for Responsive Prayer and 7pm for Evening Prayer

Holy Week begins with our Palm Sunday Worship. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of Holy Week we gather for worship at noon. We enter Great Three Days on Maundy Thursday with worship continuing on Good Friday and Easter Vigil.

On Easter morning we gather to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord.

Prayer Around the Cross

A reflective time of prayer becomes a centering time of worship at midweek. Once every month or two, after our Wednesday meal and learning time, we gather in the sanctuary around a cross lying on the steps. Gentle song, prayer, scripture and silence mark this meaningful time together. Throughout this time any who are present may light candles and place them near the cross, as they lift to God a concern or burden for themselves or another. Let’s join in a quiet time of prayer together.
