Art For Faith’s Sake
Dear Friends of Music,
This coming year marks the twentieth anniversary of the installation of our pipe organ. Our series lineup for 2022-2023 will celebrate our Austin organ, opus 2089. Over the past two decades this instrument has transformed the musical life of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in both sight and sound. Throughout the year you will have an opportunity to listen to the thousands of pipes which make up our organ, culminating in the April presentation of the oratorio A New Creation featuring members of The Florida Orchestra. Plans are underway to continue the celebration with a series of organ recitals throughout the summer and into next fall.
Here at Prince of Peace, we believe that music enriches the lives of all ages spiritually, culturally, and educationally. We remain committed to make the most of our collective God-given artistic gifts in both worship and concert.
We hope to see you at one of our concerts soon!
PS. We welcome your contributions to our concert series fund. If you are interested in giving, visit tinyurl.com/AFFSgiving and select Art for Faith’s Sake under “Special Ministries.”
