Pamela brings years of successful nonprofit and program management experience to Ruth’s Promise where she strives to improve the lives of seniors and their caregivers in our community. Through innovative programs, community partnerships and operational compliance, Pamela will ensure a safe, affordable and welcoming environment for the area’s vulnerable adults as well as essential respite for the growing number of family members and friends who care for them.

Angie Raytchev, CNA
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in elderly care, Angie Raytchev is an accomplished and compassionate leader in the field, specializing in programs that support individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Drawing from a rich background that spans across all stages of life in elderly care, Angie has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of aging populations.
Throughout her career, Angie has honed expertise in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive care programs that prioritize both the physical and emotional well-being of elderly individuals. With a long-standing commitment to volunteer work, she has spent hundreds hours advocating for victims within the legal system.
In addition to her leadership role, Angie is a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which reinforces her practical, hands-on experience and ability to understand the day-to-day needs of those in her care. With a passion for improving quality of life for individuals with cognitive impairments, Angie continues to drive innovation and excellence in elderly care, leading teams with a focus on compassion, education, and individualized support.
