Priscilla Luster, Preschool Director
Priscilla began her teaching career in a 2-year-old classroom and moved from there to VPK. She received her Childcare Staff Credential in December of 2020 and her Director Credential through the State of Florida in 2024. Priscilla focuses on the whole child and the whole family as an Early Education Teacher, believing that each child can reach their fullest potential by families and teachers working together cohesively. She assists teachers in classrooms daily and strives to build relationships with each child and staff member. She is excited to help our preschoolers grow their minds through literacy, math, science, creativity and faith, as well as develop socially and emotionally into well rounded children ready for Kindergarten. Priscilla is a Boston native who has found her happiness here in Florida, where she treasures being a mom of two with a busy house and loving family.
Anais Wilson, Two’s Teacher
Anais Wilson Ortiz is our energetic 2-year-olds teacher. She joined our team in April 2025 and has quickly become a wonderful part of our preschool family. She has been in the childcare field since 2023. Anais loves bringing creativity into the classroom, especially through fun and engaging art activities. Her warm and nurturing approach helps our toddlers learn, grow, and explore their world with curiosity and joy.
Madison Trivette, Two’s Teacher
Madison Trivette is our young twos teacher! She has been with Prince of Peace since 2020. She has obtained her National CDA in 2021 and received her Associates in Science for Early Childhood Education in 2025. Ms. Madison has been working with children since 2017. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and spending time with her family!
Diana Schultz, Three’s Teacher
Diana Schultz is our 3-year-old teacher and brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds an AA in General Education, an AS in Early Childhood, and a BS in Educational Studies and Community Leadership. Diana has taught in two’s and VPK classrooms and has also served as both Assistant Director and Director. As a proud mother of four children, ranging from VPK through high school, she brings both professional expertise and personal experience into her teaching. Diana is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn.
Stacy Hasse, Three’s Teacher
Stacy Hasse is one of our 3-year-old teacher’s and has been part of the Prince of Peace Preschool family since January 2018. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Stacy is a proud mother and grandmother. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, she has taught children of all ages, including those with special needs, but her heart has always been with the two and three-year-old age group. Stacy is passionate about creating a safe, encouraging environment where children can grow both academically and spiritually. She feels blessed to share God’s love in the classroom while helping each child build confidence and a love for learning.
Deb Marshall, VPK Teacher
Deb Marshall is our experienced VPK teacher and has been a valued member of our preschool family since June 2009. With over 20 years of teaching experience and her CDA credential, Deb brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the classroom. She is dedicated to preparing children for kindergarten by fostering a love for learning, encouraging independence, and building strong academic and social foundations.
Rachael Duncan, VPK Teacher
Rachael Duncan is one of our dedicated VPK teachers and has been with our preschool since December 2021. Rachael has her National CDA, an Associate’s degree in Education and Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at St. Petersburg College, furthering her passion and expertise in teaching young learners. Outside the classroom, Rachael enjoys swimming, running, and spending quality time with her family. She brings energy, dedication, and a love for learning to her students each day.
Cindy Norwich, Preschool Assistant
Cindy Norwich is a teacher’s assistant at Prince of Peace Preschool. She is married and has two great children and five wonderful grandchildren. She was born in Largo and attended Largo High School, graduating in 1975. She returned in 2019 from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. She feels her best accomplishment is being Mother Advisor to a girl’s youth group who are between the ages of 10-20.
