It’s that time – we’re gearing up for our annual Health and Safety Fair! Get a head start on the school year! Sacks filled with free school supplies (while they last), free haircuts for kids, free school physicals (registration required and parent/legal guardian must accompany), info and registration from community providers

Big Trucks from Largo Fire Rescue, Largo Police, Ambulance & Sheriff!

School Supplies – After School Programs – Face Painting

Girl & Boy Scout Registration – Healthy “Good-for-You” Snacks

Raffles, Giveaways and More!


Volunteer for the 18th Annual Health & Safety Fair

Volunteers of every age are needed in all areas about the campus. Assist with morning set-up or break-down; be a part of the welcome team; become a clown or face-painter; donate new or gently used books; or pray that those who most need this day will find their way to our faith home!

We’ll also need ample school supplies.

If you are able, please provide a few! Look for the sign in the Narthex which includes a list of items needed. We also welcome monetary donations to go towards the purchase of supplies for the upcoming fair! Thanks be to God for your generosity!


Packing & Supplies

We’ll need volunteers of every age in all areas about the campus for this year’s Back-to-School Health & Safety Fair. But first, we’ll need helpers on Wednesday, August 1st to help pack 500 packets of school supplies. We’ll begin at 6:00pm – pizza will be served.
We are in need of pop-up tents and extra folding tables for the fair – are you able to provide any for use during this time? Please call the Church Office: 727.585.9969

Can You Help Setup or Breakdown?

August 3rd | We’ll need extra hands to help set up the Hall, kitchen and medical rooms. We’ll start at 9am.
August 4th | The early bird catches the worm! Help us complete set-up to get ready for our big day ahead! We’ll start at 7:30am.
August 4th | This crew will help us round up all of the materials, tables, and dust that we’ve stirred up throughout the day! We’ll start directly after the Health Fair at 12pm.

Our first Planning Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 7th at 6pm in the Parish Hall. If you’re interested, join our planning team and bring your best ideas for our big event! We have a chair waiting for you!
